This is “Queen’s Floral Set”. (Flowers – One Group” CL No 135 dated 1850 to give it the full title). Used for the outside of the larger needleboxes that contained CL134 within. They can vary in finish and shade, but still predominantly blue. The group is composed of nasturtium, convolvulus, roses, and others. Within the print, part way up on the right is the script “G. Baxter, Patentee, 11, Northampton Square.” It is extremely small lettering and could easily be missed. The lace type pattern varied from edition to edition. These were never mounted. The Courtney Lewis reference reckons these to be “Medium Rare”, but frankly, they are seldom seen today. 10.1 cms x 15.2 cms.
