“The Little Gardeners” CL No 358 dated 1847. This item can be found printed in sepia and the wrong way around, in rondelle, being passed off as a Baxter print, so beware! It is a charming picture dated to 1847 and was used in Marshall’s Cabinet of Fashion and Le Souvenir. It was from a painting by E Magnus. This copy is on a Stamped Mount. From the Bertrand Morgan collection, and rare on a Stamped Mount. The definition and colours are exceptional for this rare copy of a charming picture. 5.5 cms x 8.6 cms and 12 cms x 17.5 cms. Produced from eight blocks.
