This small Valentine Card is perforated silver card. Flower decoration surrounds an oval panel to the top with the script “Absent but Ever Dear”. Below that is a swag with “Pure Love” within. Then there is a circular panel inset, made of satin with flower decoration. It is hinged to the centrefold. Inside we can see the applied satin panel, and a hand written attribution. Cards of this nature were high Victorian taste and are a lovely collecting area now. 7 cms x 9.5 cms.
