"Her Majesty at Balmoral" (LB4 CL No 55) is a delightful little picture of the front of the castle with the Royal Standard flying. The Queen and her husband and two children are on ponies with two attendants and a dog. Craig Gowan is to the rear. This picture was used as an illustration in 1851 in the pocket book "The Wreath". Good colours on a small mount of 13 cms x 9 cms. Signed bottom left.
