A very popular oblong lid entitled “Tyrolese Village Scene” (PL No 395). These oblong versions of the pot lid are always desirable, and this one is bottom right in the set of of four in the picture. It is slightly crazed, well coloured, and in good condition. Price classification “B” in the A Ball book, and very rare in the Clarke reference.
