A delightful double ended thread waxer (with wax), the ends decorated in similar pattern of stickware in wonderful condition. Date: C1880. The base wood is rosewood. It is quite a profuse pattern for such a simple stickware item. When it is considered that these small items have been bouncing around in a sewing box it is amazing they make it to today.
