To the top left is the dedication by Richard Blome to the Rt Hon Charles Lord Herbert, Earl of Worcester. As usual the coat of arms is top right and the oval of armorial images encloses the elements of Heraldry. There is a water stain affecting the middle of the complete image. The condition is fair.
